It's just more evil, but I have to ask, why do people think Hebi Sasuke is better than Kage Summit Sasuke? I doubt he got any weaker after getting his MS, that wouldn't make any sense.

He lost an ability that he was experienced with (CM) and gained an ability with severe drawbacks, and has 0 experience with (MS). Plus, he fought recklessly and took way more risks than Hebi Sasuke would as well as forgetting how to use Kirin apparently :bdpf:

All that is talking about is the nature of his chakra. The Kyiv talks about his chakra being more sinister than his own. He also praised his eyes. Then he compared him to madara, which makes since because they are both infra. Thus they have the same chakra within them.

Sasuke's chakra being more powerful than Madara's w/ only MS is impossible and ridiculous considering EMS Madara's Susanoo is far above EMS Sasuke's.

Sasuke had EMS for a few hours, and Orochimaru did predict Sasuke would surpass Madara.
