Apparently Base Sasuke(Kage Summit) chakra is more "powerful" than CS2 hebi Sasuke's.

Susanoo is a physical manifestation of the users chakra.
The users chakra becomes more powerful the stronger the eye/ emotions become.
Karin already noticed that sasuke is base had superior chakra to cm sasuke. Why this is being argued is beyond me.

No... Sasuke was growing stronger throughout the Manga. Also, Kyuubi praised the Sharingan by comparing it to himself to be more powerful or "foul", but was unlike Madara's, who was greater.

It's just more evil, but I have to ask, why do people think Hebi Sasuke is better than Kage Summit Sasuke? I doubt he got any weaker after getting his MS, that wouldn't make any sense.

It would have made VOTE2 so much better. Naruto looks all fresh in RSM and Sasuke looking his coolest in CS2 with a rinnegan.

I agree. I felt Sasuke got cheated in the looks department when he and Naruto got their 6 paths power. All Sasuke got was that one new eye and Naruto got the flashy first glow and the truth seeking balls. Was kind of expecting Saauke to dawn the SO6P gear akin to madara's look but with Sasuke's own style. Though I would have been completely fine with a dark purplish glowing Curse Mark II (or III?) Sasuke.

I bet its the versatility of Hebi Sasuke's attacks. Kage Summit Sasuke only used certain jutsus but yeah chronologically it doesn't make any sense.
