Now, i know everyone is going to bring their bounties as a major reason why "this thread fails" but i'm talking about who's stronger without looking at their bounties.

They both use music as a weapon. Who's "power of music" do you think is stronger? :bouncy:

Well i'm just going to power scale things and say that Apoo is on par with Sanji at least
and Sanji>Brook
(we cannot really determine the winner because we have seen only a few panels of Apoo since the time skip)
and Pre TS Apoo was stronger than Pre TS Brook so I would imagine the same circumstances will apply even now.
