The New Training System Chart Says That Genin Learn Their First element.

Ex:

You must be registered for see links

On the Chart Under Genin it says Training and genin are supposed to learn The Basics And There first element, But From The

You must be registered for see links

Number 7 shows that Genin Can only Use E-rank Justu

But no Regular element Has E-rank Justu only D-rank justu which Chuunin use. So my question is: Why do Genin Learn there First element if they can't use it till they're Chuunin?

I asked Hells the same question.

His official answer was that Genin can use the D-rank jutsu of their first element only. Any other jutsu they use has to be E-rank.

So you can use the D-ranks of your element, but anything else needs to be E-rank.
