different mangaka so i'm saying no to canon. and it can't be about rivaille since it was 70 years ago and rivaille's only 34 i believe.

it was a 40-something page chapter with about 8 pages of content/dialogue in it ... wasn't all that good and if you factor in it's a different mangaka it (for me) becomes downright bad

Don't care for either this one or Levi , just he original story is what matters to me , Levi is not cannon at all & this one I don't know , until they reveal the truth in the original .

Don't know how much I like the idea of this. Because if this is Canon then to me this smells like retcon territory which I hate.

& I don't want the series to become like old school X-men where you had to read 4 different books to get the whole story of just the 1 book you really want to read. If I have to read this to get the full story of just the 1 I want read then I'll get upset.
