well, If you ask me, your signature is just a crap. There is no composition in it, green and purple look odd, there is no flow, focal or depth in it, it looks flat, text sucks, and kinda random, the colour of text doesn't match the signature.

First, try some other dimensions, don't stick to same size. Use some stock image for the background, It'd help you to give a good depth and composition. Try to retain the flow in the signature, and most importantly, the focal. It can be done by blurring the surroundings of the focal point. Text is not necessary thing in a signature, and I see two texts in it, other one is in the bottom right corner.

Try to watch some tutorial. And practice more.
