you have no time to make the fire before the wind hits you becuase as you said we are at close range. the wind spinns you in the air and I quickly cut you in half. remember, I apper as you are jumping in the air and doing the handsigns for your lightning. so I do kill you before you can respond

It might not have been enough to kill you but it was A against your B and it was wind against lightning. so it definitely goes through to hit you somewhat. and spins you around and discombobulates you enough for you to be offbalance in the air and I kill you and bursting out of the ground isn't equal to jumping in the air. you were in the air

... fine, but in that case you go to at least mid range before you complete your jutsu will you agree with that at least? respond if so and I will continue with my next move otherwise I will continue to argue my first point

Isn't your sword in the air from your substitution? you can redo your move if you want or respond to that
