Causing you to be forcefully pushes back down and away and since this jutsu require no handseals it can be done very quickly and I use

As your still falling down, and the star is powered up by all the wind jutsus it goes crashing down onto your body and burns it and you fall into the water.

Lightning palms would have dispersed when you used Wind, since you cant use both elements at the same time and your wind jutsu is only B ranked.
