yeah the anime is way behind the manga compared to other shows like OP and FT

The anime is 10000x better than the manga, IMO. I love filler. Gives the spotlight to characters like Sai, Yamato, Kiba, Neji, etc....

They're fixing this war by atleast showing the fights. They could be ALOT better, but beats the literal nothing the manga gave us. War's are long and the manga war felt so rushed. The anime is making it feel like an event.

Just because an episode wasn't written by Kishimoto it doesn't means it automatically sucks.
Some people should just shut up and give it a chance instead of going rant mode without even watching. Only one of the episodes have been broadcasted so far, it is a bit too early to feel tired.
Did you watch the Sora arc? Or the Three-Tails arc? They had amazingly good plots for fillers and the characters were really interesting, but for some people seeing a good thing in fillers is like dividing by zero. You see the word "filler" and run away without giving it a shot, exaggerate the flaws and ignore the good points.
Look, if you watch it and don't like, then it is okay. You can come back and say to everyone why you didn't like it. But to start complaining right after the first episode just because it is a filler is one of the many problems with this fandom.

But c'mon, Kakashi and Gai filler has been awesome! We get to see fights that the manga skipped, the manga isn't perfect either.

Animation quality sometimes sucks because not enough people watch it to get them enough money to make it good, instead everyone stops watching and complains about necessary filler.
If you'd all just watch it, it would get better.

But no, complain.

I'd like to see anyone who moans about it make better episodes every week, organise everything, get the money to do so and have people actually enjoy it.

Yeah, I agree the fillers are quite boring, but the main storyline from the manga is epic. Fillers sometimes try to get in the way. Btw, i would love to see madara's voice actor in the anime and ofcourse the way he acts.

I think that's the reason we have fillers. The studio needs to find an ideal voice actor for Madara that would fit his personality.
