Because of the kyuubi chakra cloak... All of his abilities are boosted, just like Naruto's, Sakura's, Minato's, Kakashi's, Lee's, etc. etc. Susanoo is still a MS technique. Kyuubi cloak doesn't just boost one technique, but not the others. :|

Sasuke is able to stabilize susanoo with legs without Kurama's chakra.

Kurama's chakra is used for boosting power of the user and his/her techs; it does not give a certain skillset to te user. Sasuke being able to make a susanoo with legs is part of his technicality and EMS prowess; we can say his Susanoo and its attacks would be weaker without Kurama's cloak; but regardless, Sasuke can still make a susanoo with legs.

As i said; every person who take the chakra had boost in power; not skillset or new technicalities; skill and power are different things.
For ex:
-Lee managing to kick Madara in half (he was able to pull of a kick before; he just got a boost in power and strength)
-Kakashi saying he would spam more kamui (a tech he knew before)
-Hinata having bigger airpalms (again; a tech she knew before)
-Ino having a faster mind transfer (a technique she was able to use, just a faster version)

Characters did not make a technique which they don't know before; as i said; it just boosts up known techs of the user; not teaches new techs, Sasuke having a susanoo with legs is a part of his skillset.

All these been said, legs would cover Susanoo's blank spot; thus taking Gaara's only chance of managing to attack Sasuke with sand.
In my opinion; after this point Sasuke is more than able to defeat Gaara.

agreed, the only thing I might add is even if sasuke's power was boosted by kurama's chakra he still said he wasn't going all out so his current power isn't his limit

Sasuke defeated deidara, Deidara defeated gaara once So by logic :- Sasuke > Deidara > Gaara
But looking at situation now it is quite diificult to say that who'll win also if gaara has the shukaku now then gaara might have chance to win by shukaku chakra but now its hard to say anything

By that logic I agree.. But everyone knows Kishi did an ass pull back then. But Sasuke has gotten a lot stronger/smarter etc since then.. So Sasuke beats Gaara pre easy.

Gaara wins against Deidara

Deidara forced Gaara to protect the village and thius loose chakra y doing so, in a fair battle Jinchuuriki Gaara easily defeats Deidara

That was called Deidara being smart, he may have figured out another way to beat him in a different situation. Even so, Deidara only made him protect the village because he needed him to stop shielding himself. Therefore Gaara was already under a lot of pressure (hence shielding himself).

He can't pull him out if the Sasuno'o now has legs. We don't actually know if that was the Kyuubi's chakra or not, so don't try argue it until we know this fact for certain. It is likely its because of that chakra but we have no solid proof. I think that Kishi would be making a huge fool of Sasuke if he had to rely on Naruto's chakra. That's like when Vegeta has to resort to Goku's help.. Or Gohan's in the cell saga..
