It's called divine rapier you noob =_= you just got owned in your own post. What lvl are you on garena anyways? And you don't get divine rapier in the game ESPECIALLY competetive dotA, it's really expensive and you probably be wasting your time farming up while others can just pawn you in mere seconds with spells. Don't act pro in front of me when you can't play please -_- .
