Did anyone notice that the real/re-animated madara had the rinnegan before he should???

In Episode 322 just before he gets hit with the giant rasengan/mobile core he has the rinnegan for a screen.

In the anime, Madara had the Rinnegan but he should only have the 3 tomoe eyes activated at that point.
