If you do, post estats.

Weight, height, how long and your supplements and calorie intake. If it's dirty, I don't advise putting it here. Your output, how much cardio, weights and repetitions per week.

Include if natty or not. Include if ever been on cycles. Include sets.

Don't lie about your estats, this is online no one really cares unless you prove it. This is to become the best version of yourself.

Mine:

Height: 185cm, weight: 81kg with 14% bodyfat.

Calorie in take per day: 3500 bulking (going until 90kg or a bit less)

Deadlift: 265lbs 9x4.
Squats: 300lbs 8x4.
Bench: 200lbs 10x4.

I'm a weak fella yea.

Currently no cardio, natty, never juiced, 4-5x a week depending on leg day (lol), currently I take 100g worth of protein supplements, creatine no and I'm really small.

I want to know if I'm the smallest person on this forum. :/

I don't bench. but I used to be 130lb an I hit 186 a few months ago just from doin tricep extensions with 40lb and eating a **** ton but I'm trying to cut now

I don't feel like subscribing to other forums to ask the same question.

Your post is misleading, as if all you do is tricep extensions.

I don't even know my max reps, I'm not into powerlifting either and I'm recovering from an injury in my left knee
