Height: 185cm, weight: 81kg with 14% bodyfat.
Calorie in take per day: 3500 bulking (going until 90kg or a bit less)
Deadlift: 265lbs 9x4.
Squats: 300lbs 8x4.
Bench: 200lbs 10x4.
I'm a weak fella yea.
Currently no cardio, natty, never juiced, 4-5x a week depending on leg day (lol), currently I take 100g worth of protein supplements, creatine no and I'm really small.
I want to know if I'm the smallest person on this forum. :/
