Because if they built a lot of characters, perfect story mode, tournaments, and great online battles. There will be no point making more Narutos. So they have to do it separately like they do to DBZ.

well its gettin bored after some time i took platin very easily on it and sold it after i hope storm 3 will be nice as the second one with the story mode.
