to be exact that is possible though he isnt doing it the right way
this requires dimension topography change technique on the same map as the one used in wheel of fortune, but another requirement is spider summoning so that technically impossible for him

if that was the case, no body could use that jutsu other then people who summon spiders. I'm pretty sure this was taken from the filler arc with Sora when that weird lady pulled out the map and changed the topography on Team 7 when they first fought. Plus in the jutsu description no where does it say you need to summon spiders to be able to perform the jutsu

Are you sure of that? As I always have been told that for example with an A-rank lightning and A-rank wind the wind wins. However with an S-rank lightning and an A-rank wind would cancel each other out.
That's what I always have seen and heard and I think even Hells said it once ~_~
