I was definitely shocked to an insane degree. Sakura is a main character after all (despite how unsuited I think she is for that role) Then I though "Oh wait, Sasuke's just doing that to buy some time via her regeneration." Then looked at the panel where "it's a genjutsu". I actually wish he did actually stab her. It would really add to Sasuke's ruthlessness.
