Tobirama being powerful enough to be termed as a hokage for Konoha; what does that have anything to do with Kisame who is not even remotely related to this village? So your logic about 'hokages are made for a reason' logic even applies here, when one is not even a contender for this position given his background?

I suggest you read the thread properly before commenting, then what you say might be more than 30% relevant to the discussion. K vs T is merely an example.

You are talking about Suiton, Kisame, Tobirama being Hokage and thus by default being more power because he held that position? Where am I off, exactly?

Going by feat{what they have shown} kisame would defeat tobirama. But w/ hype i believe tobirama is stronger and the position of a kage is overated, even kakashi w/o kamui was considered one and kisame is stronger than most kages

I think you forgot that Tobirama created edo Tensei! Going by feats, Kisame gets his ass handed to him.

Lol Tobirama isn't beating Kisame. He has no feats that puts him in position to beat someone like Kisame. I know you might take this as Offtopic but your whole thread is based off people underating Tobirama which is not the case. It's more of you overrating Tobirama and his hyped feats.

For all we have, the best we can do is base his abilites on hype. It's better than trying to judge him on a couple of jutsu.

Kisame is easily a kage level shinobi, He does beat tobirama based on what we know. This doesn't make tobirama a push over, Kisame is extremely powerful hence his nick name (tailless beast, Or what ever it was). Losing to kisame is nothing to be ashamed of.

You also get chosen for the Kage position because of other abilities: experience, loyality to the village (feudal lord), sense of responsibilty for others, leadership skills...
Therefore it can be that there are people who are not Kage but still stroger when it comes to their Ninja fighting skills.

Yes they are ridiculously powerful, but they aren't the only ones in the Narutoverse. The only others that can compete with them are Akatsuki, Jinchuurikis, and the Sannin (and other random people like Hanzo, Danzo, and Kabuto). So saying that Kisame > Tobirama isn't too far fetched. I think Tobirama is better though, you cant be the brother of the most powerful ninja in the world and not be good.
