Not exactly,The Sharingan can be activates far easier and longer,she would be able to use it instantly,rather than sit,focus,and gather NE to use it for 5 or so minutes.

They both have predictive capabilities,Sharingan can perfectly copy nearly all Jutsu,and there's Solo Glance.Bolt most likely won't have the Kyuubi so he's done.
