Reverse summon and then use an attack on his water dome to kill him.
Jirayah can set the water on fire, with oil...in think Naruto can too
Orochimaru can poison the water with manda, and kill him. Same with Sasuke among other attacks , lightning
Tsunade. And Sakura can turn the water into acid and burn him alive, send a current through it and paralyze him, then punch him, or even send Katsuyu in the water and have her melt and heal him to death.

No how will you guys counter what I have said?

He's one bad match-up for her, once she punches her chakra gets immediatly sucked :/

The only one that stands a chance is Jiraiya; the rest lose quite easily. Don't know why you brought Sakura into this, well I kinda do, but she won't be able to deal with a 30% Kisame.

Orochimaru wins, that should be a gimme.

Tsunade loses without knowledge, I think she can win deathbed difficulty with knowledge, assuming Kisame has knowledge of her abilities.
