I think that using the chakra boost to lift up then boost it out of your right foot again counts as 2 moves as you pretty much just simply "dodged" my second technique or rather tried to. Also Quaking Thunder is a very wide scale technique and you do come for me, the lightning would arouse and impale you as you're 'flying.' You would have no protection whatsoever as your chakra coating would have been neutralized due to direct contact with equally ranked beams. I used Eternal to shoot me up from the ground, I didn't had to use it to make me spin within air, I just went into more dept of how one hyuuga is able to make a rotation within midair. The Eternal, its more of just a chakra boost, it has the power behind it to shoot me upwards at fast speeds. If you say that your lighting technique affects a wide range without saying it, I can pretty much say that my Eternal is fast enough to allow me to out of range of your lighting jutsu...
By the way you described it, my chakra beam is already released. You started making handseals when I pointed at you. You can't be serious that you were faster then my flow of chakra O_O I'm a master of chakra control and the master of Gentle Fist.
You never said that you wouldn't be performing your 2nd lighting technique so you broke timeframe also.

Come on now be serious. -_- There's no way you'd be able to escape that so easily. It is a wide ranged technique. I said it would impale you from all sides, not that it wouldn't cover an expansive range. Why would I contradict the jutsu description? Also if you say eternal can travel high speeds, it only goes up to 'mid range', which in return does not put you out of my jutsu's range in any of the possible travel ways as the lightning rises into 'long range' in all possible travel ways. You contradict the description by creating an imagine which plays into your favor like overestimating your own technique. And yea, as much as you'd like to argue about how good are the lighting pillars, I can argue about Eternal that easily that it evaded them.
No comment about raw chakra since you have no idea what it is and why should I argue if you don't even know what raw chakra is. You're killed by the chains, that's the end of it.

No he didn't ask me to check, i just stalk him to see if he's getting better.
And i really don't agree with the stuff you're saying and how you're using some jutsu compared to what the description says.

I know what Raw Chakra is and your jutsu was rotation no? Therefore it is neutralized by a Elemental chakra based attack of the same rank.
Okay there have been mistakes on both parties here, Darui asked me to take a look and i've read the whole battle.
On your second move Darui, i don't agree with your counter there, using a genjutsu to make him unable to aim properly? you didn't move and his finger is already locked on to you and he has the Byakugan so putting clouds of chakra in front of his eyes wouldn't do you any good, while it's not breaking the timeframe but i don't think it's a valid counter either.
House, your second turn you used a Jyuuken technique that has this restriction "After this, the user won't be able to use S-ranked or higher Jyuuken in the same turn and the next one." yet you used an S-ranked Jyuuken technique, the "Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Crusher" so it's an invalid counter and won't work and i don't think your able to move from your intitial place while rotating, if you saw Neji when using the Kaiten, he never moved anywhere when the chakra dome was active.
Lastly on your last turn, you won't be able to use the genjutsu before he performs his second technique "Storm Release: Jet Of Storms" or otherwise it would break the timeframe.
