Any difference in a 64 gb device or a device with a 64 gb microsd

Is there was a difference between a phone that has 64gb internal memory and a phone who has a micro sd with 64 gb and fast speed (70mb/S)?

also can you use itunes to sync to a samsung?

thinking of ditching my iPhone 5 for Galaxy S4

If you can properly organise your mobile phone, i mean, download directories, music etc.. It's the same if you take internal memory or MicroSD memory, but i would personally take internal memory!! your SD can crash or stop functioning properly while internal phone memory usually doesnt stop working!
