It's Naruto or maybe minato because kabuto said he surpassed orichimaru so maybe he can use sealed people but his limit would be one and minato would also be kabuto's trump card because he is the only person that faught on par with Madara, that's why Madara is so scared. I don't think think it's Naruto's. The chakra around his hand i think is just his fingers and they are blurred due to speed.

I think it's a clone that Kabuto made with edo, because he did get some of the Kyuubi's chakra with Nagato

No you can see from your link that the chakar is grayish. The chakar we see in new manga is the same color as the hand. So it's naruto clone.

The Rasengan is Blue. In rikudo mode Naruto is yellow which makes his jutsu yellow as well.
