SUGGESTIONS AND ENERGY DRINKS!

-The 'One Element' Rule-
This rule describes the ability to remove one of the Basic Five Elements from your biography and replace that element with another Ability/Element/Kekkei Genkai. It's easy, simple and clean. The rule promotes diversity and takes the top off the standardization associated with the Basic Five elements.
The rule follows a concept of logic, in regards to limiting the possible combinations.
Example: Shinobi 1 is a Yuki, but wants to have the Lava element on his biography. To do so, Shinobi 1 is forced to discard the Lightning Element, since Ice requires Wind+Water, and Lava requires Earth+Fire. This, of course, also applies to your CEs. If you have a CE that requires Earth and Fire, you can't use it if you've discarded Fire.
This suggestions is basically a downgraded version of my Point System suggestion. It's easier, more manageable and, well, less radical.
Tell me what you think of the idea. Currently, the rule doesn't seem applicable to Cannon characters, what do you think about that? Should some abilities be unavailable to 'trade' through this rule?

-The Turn-Based System-
Implement a turn-system in the Ninja World. Whenever someone is 'away' from a thread in the Ninja World, the other participants post like crazies. Often, this causes holes in the time-frame and problems similar to that.
What I suggest is a simple turn-system, which works like this:
X creates a thread in the Ninja World. At the creation of the thread, a round starts. A 'round' simply describes the event of all participants posting in a thread. After X, Y posts in the thread, which makes Y the second participant. As such, a round would look as such; X posts, then Y posts. After Y has posted, a new round begins. Naturally, more people will join as the thread grows, but they won't be able to join until the end of a round. This means that after Y has posted, Z posts, making him the third participant and changing the order to X, Y, Z. Simple, right?
Basically, you take turns posting and you don't join until all participants have posted.
Some people might take a while to post, but bear with them for the sake of order o_o Organize yourselves over VMs, PMs, etcetera. it takes very little to find a mutual online-time.

-The Summoning Masters-
The idea is that, instead of a special element like Rain, Sound, etcetera, one be granted the opportunity to, in combat, use both of one's summoning contracts and have the so-called 'summoning-limit' removed.
The idea is to incorporate some Jiraiya-like combat tactics into the system, allowing the Jiraiya/Summoning enthusiasts to become actual Masters of their summons, instead of sticking to four animals of the same species.

The rules would be simple:
-A Summoning Master cannot have 'special elements', such as Rain, Sound, etcetera. This does not include Kekkei Genkais or Special Abilities (Sage Mode, Eight Internal Gates).

To summarize; the Summoning Master ability is meant to replace the standardized Rain Element and slightly less standardized Sound Element. It's the same concept: what you can't have when you have Sound/Rain, you can't have if you're a Summoning Master. Just as you can't have both Sound and Rain, you can't be both a Summoning Master and have Rain and/or Sound.

-Skins-
Allow the holders of Cannon biographies to fit their bio with a 'skin'. The 'skinned bio' will have all the restrictions of the Cannon bio, but will have a different appearance, a different personality, etcetera. It's basically a way to be Cannon without being it O_O
So what if I want a Yondaime Raikage bio that looks like a kid!?

The One Element rule seems like it could really be used incorrectly, or be taken advantage of.
I agree, but if there are good restrictions made for, then it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I would say a restriction like on Mei bio's, you can use Lava and Boil in the same turn, that should be here then too.

But nice idea's zero!

The fact everyone has all 5 elements is a annoying thing indeed, knowing they possess a simple counter to everything you do unless you layer effect special effects and techniques.

I'm trying to make a CE which utilizes its weaknesses in a given situation to have double uses and avoid what i said above.

Good suggestion, i really like it but i doubt it will go through. The complexity of the idea far exceeds what the RP section can manage, also Kekkei Genkai are specific to certain cannon bios and so would take a large element of originality away from them.

Special elements dont exist rain is a sub of water release and sound is a ninjutsu style its only seen as elements because of NB history so they would come under special abilities

No, don't care, no and don't really get the last one, but I lean towards no. I will leave the wallie in the stable for now.

Irrelevant. The concept applies.

I disagree with the element one. You'd be left with a Ice, Lava, Earth, Wind, Fire, Water wielding bio. Lava is not a substitute for Lightning. Elemental KG's are, by essence, stronger than normal Elemental Releases. All of them are. Discarding one basic element to gain use of an elemental KG is not a fair share. Specially when you'd be left with a double elemental KG bio.

The rest is...hum...well no real opinion. The summoning masters...I terms of battle uses and generally bying a usefull specialty, well I can't see it being one. You can summon stuff already and do plenty of customs to summon pretty much everything that can be summoned. This said, you can already specialize in summoning stuff.
