I have seen many campaigns over the time and think this one is in need.

Did you know 10 out of every 3 member that comes online is a Noob. Everyone look around, in every corner you look you see damn noobs, wtf why so many noobs you ask. That is cause no one does anything about those noobs, I one man, has a dream, I have a dream a dream ranging from the Naruto Roleplaying section to the Chatterbox, from the Konnichwa section to the Questions and Suggestions, from the user profiles of noobs to their privacy of private messages, I have a dream to flame noobs.

Don't you think that's enough? You have been flaming new people like they are a plague or something and you are getting reported by members every time.
If you wanna do something about it, then help them adjust and show them how to RP. They will even thank you for it.
