this is just an excuse 4 beauracricy sticking there nose in where it don't belong and it won't work due to these few things

1 its will cost time and money to make the law viable world wide

2 will cost a fortune in legal fees 4 the record companies

3 theres not enough prison space to hold the people who do download movies and music. look at all the computers worldwide.

its also another way to hinder ur freedom of choice to download the music 4 free or get put in jail. its nothing but **** retentive excrement.

yeah now peopel will be up on arms about it. its is a huge invasion of privicy. it liek they want total criminalisation no matter what u do u break a law. someone should ask about the prison space where they gonna put the millions of computer owners who download music and films.

the law can't be made viable not only is it invasion of pirvacy they even can break ur computer if they find u have stuff on it. plus think of the prison space they would need to get all the people who do it should they not spend there time catching real criminals?

First of all,this law will not take effect since it will just bring chaos to internet and lots of money waste for the government to take it effect. There's around 10million free websites and they intend on closing them down ? Do not make me laugh.

Government has the right to trace any user over the internet without exceptions.

They arent gonna look at millioions of computers and websites on the world for this.
Even if they do that would be a waste of time cuz ppl always find a way. And how are u gonna get that many ppl to work for you on this?
This idea is realy stupid if they choose to do it.

doing this would COMPLETLY destroy the origional intent of the internet: it was origionally started by just a few computers hooked together just to share information. and besides, even if they did stop all this, people would just find a way around it: just like new viriuses are made and how hackers hack. it just cant be stopped, even if it is made illegal
