Another screw up by Kishi?

Tobi says you need power of both Uchiha and Senju, but no other stipulations are given besides that. Alot has to be revealed about those jutsu, and lets not forget that the only time we have seen that technique done before Itachi was by NON Uchiha/Senu (ie: Danzo, Tobi-nothing in the manga that shows Tobi is either). Both Tobi and Danzo have injected themselves with HAshirama's DNA and have the Sharingan, it could be that DNA of both clans is needed because they are not full blood Uchiha or Senju, So let's wait until more is revealed before you idiots go flying off the handle criticizing Kishi's work..

What happened to Izanagi needing Senju DNA? Apparently, a hell of a lot of Uchiha were able to use Izanagi. Don't tell me they all killed Senjus and implanted their DNA...

I'm starting to think Kishi just recently made up Izanami and its whole back story just to get a conclusion for the Kabuto fight...

Look at what Tobi says. "A technique that can only be used by someone possessing both the powers of the Uchiha and the Senju."

Lol how does everyone not know this....

It is very, very confusing what Kishi has just told us. I mean it is very possible that multiple (note how I said multiple and not all) Uchihas had access to Izanagi/ Izanami during the war times. But for Kishi to blatently leave out the fact that Senju DNA is required, after making it so obvious that it is, throws me through a huge loop. I'm seriously confused on the matter and really hope that Kishi explains it. Right now, it seems possible that Izanami doesn't require Senju DNA, but if he later tells us that its not required for Izanagi later... than its a big slap in the face to everyone.

And the fact that Tobi is a liar should not play a part in this at all. Kishi gave himself a rare opportunity when it came to Konan vs. Tobi. It was a time where Tobi had nothing to loose by telling the truth, nothing at all. It was essentially Kishi talking to us rather than Tobi for all intensive purposes. Therefore, if Kishi had Tobi lie in that spot, it seriously degrades his reliability when it comes to putting trust in him as fans. Anyway, all this is starting to get to me tbh....

Read the panel in my main post. Tobi clearly states that it can only be used by someone w/Uchiha and Senju DNA.

Yeah,and the Uchiha have the same bloodline as Senju (Senju clan is descended from the younger of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Path and Uchiha being the older Brother).

Only someone that isn't aN uchiha needs senju dna for the boosted energy.

Tobi guy...Since when has Tobi been a reliable source of information? He is the type who would even lie to a dying woman. There is a chance only non-Uchiha need Senju DNA to handle Izanagi. This means either Tobi is a Senju/Uzumaki (High chakra levels due to how he is controlling six tailed beasts with ONE sharingan) or just some guy from another village to begin with.

Another possibility is that Tobi is actually telling the truth, and the Uchiha did constantly store up the corpses of the Senju clan they faced many times. Remember they did not even respect their own clan (Eye stealing), so why would they respect Senju corpses?

As I said elsewhere, I don't think it is a mistake. If Tobi is not an Uchiha, then what he said is true. It would also be true as to what Itachi said.

I think Kishi just gave us a clue that Tobi is not an Uchiha.
