hey people i've been looking over the RPG and i've not really found a complete set of rules 
am i doing something wrong??? looking at the wrong place maybe... i dunno. But i cant find the rules
also there seems to be a great many people here with extreme powers i mean is everybody in the RPG a Sannin a Jinchuriki or a kage is everybody that powerfull... will i have a chance??? can you start out powerfull???
How does this system work send me the rules or give me a link plz

I'm assuming you've checked the place and and have looked through out RP'ing sections. I hope you have a good time, and make sure to contact one of the people with the blue names if you need anything

and to give yet another qestion do i have to post like 10000 posts to become a higher rank i know i'm overreacting with the numbers but still why do i have to post like crasy just to have a good time in the RPG???
