Another custo question (weapons)

No. Its a weapon. It doesn't cost chakra nor does damage like a jutsu.

It powers the 2 jutsu mentioned (up to S-Rank) and they, off course, have both their cost and their damage upped. But it doesn't work like that.

Its a misconception that a weapon needs both chakra and damage in its template. Its a weapon :|
