Anniversy and Birthday announcements

IT may be simple thing but i want to ask moderators

1. Is it possible to make thread where we can wish Narutobase members who joined 1 year ago and we can wish them happy anniversary to those members who are having accounts.

2.In that thread can u make birthday announcements(sorry it is already displayed at bottom but no one sees) other related information which anyone can share there happy moments like a family-NarutoBase family(includes engagements, long trips, convocation etc)

3.Last one (but i am just asking if possible only) can we have this thread for chatting(not private messages and Visitors messages)

-If people really want to say congrats or happy birthday they do it via VM's

-As for Birthdays, many people know the birthdays of people they like, its also displayed at the bottom of the main page and on most peoples profiles. And theres even a friggin calander! dont be lazy U_U

-The thread you suggested would just be full of spam, and people would post not to wish happy anniversary/birthday but to increase their posts...like in the welcome section

-As for your final point i'm sure there was already a thread made for this just a few days ago, and the general feeling was we shouldn't do it, as it would be full of spam

ya you are right but any alternative so we can know about other's to wish and share. i know it can be done through VM,s but in same thread everyone wishes then that person may feel happy in NarutoBase. its only personal opinion

ok. Bibi but can i now that a person is here for 1 year in narutobase so i can wish him.i want to know about people in naruto base
you people are good to make threads when they won SOTW fanfiction and like that so we can wish them like that can i know that this person has joined 1 year ago so i can wish him(automatically) pratically if it happens only i dont know how hard it is.
