Well, wind Release is naturally strong against Lightning Release, but likewise, Wind Release is also naturally weak against a Fire Release. Wind Release also has a good relationship with Water Release; used together, a Wind/Water combo has quite the powerful concussive, offensive, destructive power. The Wind-natured chakra is seen used to add much more pressure to the Water Release technique, giving it more impact force.

*Focus my wind chakra, concentrate harder, I can feel the wind....sorrounds me, sofly wispher, focus harder till my long hair blows and send sweet aroma in the air, focus more...I try to control wind by sofly pushing you a bit*
