Hidan low difficulty. Anko's main method of fighting is taijutsu which she is worse at compared to Asuma who lost to Hidan. Also taijutsu isn't killing Hidan, only decapitation but Anko has nothing that can put Hidan down.

By feats she is one of the weakest jounin in the manga. Poisonous snakes may work but Hidan can avoid getting bit by shadow snake arms.
