Death Note is my favorite ending. It's beautifully done and very fitting. Breaking Bad's ending reminds me of it, actually.

Angel Beats : Awesome ending .

Another : Great ending .

Steins Gate : Cool ending .

Guilty Crown : kinda sad but cool to me .

Captain Tsubasa : It had to happen .

Shiki : Awesome ending .

Ergo Proxy : cool ending .

Code Geass and AnoHana.
I mean Code Geass had a perfect ending. Every few weeks I rewatch the last episode Perfectly executed, amazing soundtrack. It was a fitting ending to a great anime.

On the other hand, AnoHana ending made me cry :T_T: The most emotional ending I ever seen. It was also done amazingly. It's too hard to choose between these two, because they are completely different genre and type of anime. So both of them deserve #1

I'll throw out Cowboy Bebop since it hasn't been said.

It's final episode is full of emotion. The final fight was just like the rest of the series... It was short, but it was incredibly human and realistic. There wasn't some giant massive scale final battle... It just happened and passed on.



There are so many great endings though.

Yu-Yu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin (though the Shishio arc basically ended the canon to that series, the ending was still pretty good, but being pure filler wasn't that amazing like some others or the Shishio), Code Geass, Death Note, Angel Beats, the list goes on.
