There are a couple of short anime that I think you'd enjoy.

1. Steins;Gate.
2. Baccano!
3. Mirai Nikki. (lots of violence+Nudity though)
4. Mushishi (Supernatural/slice of life)
5. Natsume Yuujinchou. (Slice of life. Just finished it, it isn't similar to Code Geass at all but very enjoyable)
