The field trip arc is canon there's no overhype everything she's showcased today is something she could do previously.
As for Sakura and Hinata she had some filler extention against Neji. Their fillers were after part 1 had actually concluded so it's not really an issue.

Not really no it doesn't, since all Uchiha aren't as pure as Indra was. The clan wouldve been established several generations after him. If anything she's the closest thing to Indra in purity since she's the daughter of the sage of 6 paths(Sasuke rinnegan user) just like Indra was the son of Hogaromo(Rinnegan user).
That's just sloppy writing and a way to nerf the Sharingan otherwise she'd be too overpowered.

Not really, didn't the sage distribute Chakra to his followers while he was Juubi Jinchuuriki? and also their may have been other Otsutsuki to breed with if some of the clan really followed Kaguya to earth as was insinuated in the Manga and Data-book...doesn't this mean the generation immediately following him could have had more concentrated Chakra?

There weren't any Otsutsuki who follkwed her to earth otherwise they would've been mentioned. That's also been cleared up as Momo, Kin and possibly Urushiki as the ones she was worried about not that they follwed her to earth. Hogaromo didn't really give them chakra, humans always had chakra evidenced via chakra network he showed them it's proper use. Even if we accept he gave them chakra while he was Jyubi Jin then you should understand Hogaromo and Hamura sealed the Jyubi's power(rinne sharingan away) so he could become it's Jin. In otherwords they couldn't pass on the Jyubi's powers to them anyway. Hogaromo was unable to pass on the Jyubi's powers to his own children let alone others.

I was just talking about the potent chakra, not the unique abilities.
Yet Hagoromo became head of Otsutsuki and migrated to the moon with them.
That reminds me of a thread i was going to make...Kaguya's scroll that contained information about Momoshiki and Kinshiki...Didn't Sasuke say it was a warning or something? Urushiki might just be a double agent who was working with Kaguya.

Potent chakra is only an Uchiha thing with rare exceptions in the Senju and their Branch the Uzumaki clan. The Uchiha inherited the Sage's eyes, spiritual energy and powerful/potent chakra. No other clan or ninja boast of powerful/potent chakra if it were the case it would exist within other nations.
You mean Hamura went to the moon to look after his mother and became the founder of the Otsutsuki clan, the possible forerunner to the Hyuga clan.
