Not really no it doesn't, since all Uchiha aren't as pure as Indra was. The clan wouldve been established several generations after him. If anything she's the closest thing to Indra in purity since she's the daughter of the sage of 6 paths(Sasuke rinnegan user) just like Indra was the son of Hogaromo(Rinnegan user).

That's just sloppy writing and a way to nerf the Sharingan otherwise she'd be too overpowered.

Potent chakra is only an Uchiha thing with rare exceptions in the Senju and their Branch the Uzumaki clan. The Uchiha inherited the Sage's eyes, spiritual energy and powerful/potent chakra. No other clan or ninja boast of powerful/potent chakra if it were the case it would exist within other nations.

You mean Hamura went to the moon to look after his mother and became the founder of the Otsutsuki clan, the possible forerunner to the Hyuga clan.
