I wonder why do they make changes like Konan's eyes (grey in the manga -> orange in the anime), Yahiko's eyes (blue -> brown), Kurotsuchi's eyes (pink -> black plus noticeably different shape), some facial features (Fu has a large nose in the manga but in the anime it's consistently regular/narrow), etc. Those are not mistakes but deliberate changes, but why do they do it? I can understand changing Rasengan from yellow to blue for more contrast, maybe the same goes for Konan's eyes, but honestly, things like these irritate me sometimes. Especially Kurotsuchi's eyes, IMO she looks way better in the manga.
Animators were probably thinking blue eyes would better fit his appearance, so they changed it. Although this is reverse example, it all depends on animators themselves and anime. They are seeking to represent the character in best way and are trying to do their best. =D
Honestly, yes, you are probably the only one who cares about Fuu's nose.
