Also episode has terrible animation, didnt look epic at all.

Acquire, awaken. In my eyes (hah, funny) it's the same thing, without a brother's eyes you can't get an EMS/Awaken.

No they showed him accessing EMS after Izuna's death

considering Izuna had a cloth on his face, seems fare when Madara said his brother left him to protect the clan translates as gave me his eyes

That's how it works after you aquire the EMS. If you activate it you go straight from 3T to EMS.
