sorry for so late reply
*Focuses on my crystal chakra and exert chakra from my body in the air and starts to shape the the chakra in a snowflake but huge.*
-Focuses more and makes it edges sharp like a shuriken and flings it to ur clone-

It could be used as a counter attack if ur opponent throws alot of shurikens at u u can use it as a counter it or throwing big shuriken is better then throwing small kunais and shurikens

well if i use a technique like fire ball jutsu that makes the opponent jump in the air and dodge it then i would immediately use this shuriken tehnique

its a large shuriken that you have to throw which leaves you wide open to attack

and it can easily be stoped by C rank lightning xd

about the counter, it wouldnt be able to counter lots of shuriken, due to it only traveling in one direction and being unable to hit them all out of the way

it would be good to counter windmill shuriken i guess

with your combo that would be a good and appropriate way to use it well done
