Man,...getting a job sure does take up alot of your time! Hey, kiddie-winks! Welcome to ANOTHER Andy's Movie Review.
Today's featured film: The Three Stooges
In the new film adaption of the classic television show, "The Three Stooges", the movie takes us through the origin of three orphans, Larry, Moe, and Curly. When their orphanage is threatened to be shut down due to their constant mishaps causing their home to dish out the money for repairs, the three doofs head out to the big city to save up the cash and save the orphanage.
I liked it. I'm not saying I "ABSOLUTELY F**KING LOVED IT!!",...but I liked it. The jokes were corny (just like the original show), and all the sound effects really brought that nostalgia factor home. If you've NEVER heard of this trio, and have NEVER seen an original tv show of them,..then it will be very, very new to you. The first hour seemed to really hit home with originality, but then the drama kicks in and Hollywood starts to turn a once loveable show, into Grade-A crapola.
I give it a (6/10), for giving the classic feeling some effort, and some laughs throughout the film.
This film is rated PG for slapstick action violence, some rude and suggestive humor including language.
