Well... Seeing how Uranus is a planet, Poseidon is the greek sea god (who was a mermaid/man), the only question is Pluton IMO.

Yeah he had the blueprints but sadly he destroyed them. But there might be a copy of them somewhere. Maybe in Alabasta.

Also I'm very positive that all these ancient weapons will be used during the war.
