Background Info.
History: At a very young age, around the first nine months, Anca Dearest lost her parents in the war. Fortunately she has two brothers that looked after her. Over the years, up to 3, her brothers fought to keep the family together and do whatever it takes to keep Anca Dearest safe. After a small incident Anca Dearest's brothers were caught in a overwhelming fight. They knew they couldn't win so while one distracted the force against them, the other with Anca Dearest ran into the woods and with a last ditch effort to save Anca Dearest the remaining brother hid her within the brush and became a sacrifice to protect his sister.

After a while of wandering and practically living off the land, age 5, this young child returned to Konoha in shambles. Returning to the village after a long mission, Kiba saw the young girl while traveling with his clan. They took and helped her until she recovered. Kiba helped her every time he could when he wasn't busy with missions and training and the Inuzuka clan cared for her as if she was one of the clan. After recovering and explaining what happened to her the clan thought long and hard, but in the end accepted her into the care and taught her everything needed to become stronger.

Over the long period of time Anca Dearest became one of the Inuzuka and bears the mark even though she isn't of blood relevance. She worked hard and long for only one thing. To take revenge for her family that so dearly protected her. She worked with many of the clan's main ninja tool and best partners for the members. Nin dogs around the training field allowed her to get the basics, but after a while she needed one of her own. Kiba and his clan gained a new ally of the canine species and felt that it would be a perfect match with Anca Dearest. After receiving the nindog for a companion she cared for it and worked even harder to become strong.

At the age of 19, Anca Dearest became more of a wanderer with her nin dog companion and traveled far and wide to gather information of the ones that ruined her childhood. This was also brought upon a moment when she was taken away from the clan, and mysteriously was branded with a heart shaped tattoo on her wrist. Unknown to her, she also began to find others with the same brand or even anything that can relate to it. Though strong, Anca Dearest was a beautiful young woman and used this to her advantage. You can say she won a lot of her information due to her looks and form of speaking. Throughout her travels, this flirty Kunoichi shows that she is determined to find the ones who killed her brothers and the one that branded her with this tattoo. She will always keep growing and use the things she learned from the Inuzuka clan to take revenge.

Other
Anca Dearest travels many times after missions are complete, but still returns to her clan and her village every time she needs time to rest, restock, and earn more money. Though she comes back for materials, she always comes to pay her respects to her family that was buried, the clan the helped her throughout her life, and the village that protected her until she was able to fight back. She is still a novice as a ninja, but she will continue to strive to learn from many people.

take out the d rank jutsu and add the first element you would like to be trained on, puppet mastery is not an element; the history could be a bit bigger you could add how she got to be a puppet master.. choose either a puppet master or a inuzuka, if you would like to be an inuzuca, you could add some history about your dog , put the basic e rank jutsus(look for them on the link caliburn gave you or look other bios)
