I don't even know that they are.. the groups join and break up so much it's like watching an episode of "Flavor of Love"... Apparently now everyone says they are evil because Anbu claims they are going to take down NarutoBase.. but apparently they haven't realized, to do that requires more than just creating alliances or getting people to join their cause.. in fact, it would require technical knowledge that they don't apparently have (otherwise it would have been done by now).
