chakra is physical and mental energy, physical training of the body using muscles and mental energy is training of the mind through meditation. moulding both together to create chakra.

handseals are used to activate charka, using different sequences of hand seals activates different types of elements of the chakra. all handseals represent animals from the chinese zodiac

the purpose of chakra and handseals is to use ninja techniques to help aid them in battle.

Ninjutsu is ninja techniques used to help aid a fighter in battle.

and yes this is the first type of training i have received.

Now we'll start with basics in chakra control , Start meditating and flow chakra throughout your body

I sit in meditational stance and begin focusing chakra and then it begins to flow through my entire body by molding my spritial and physical energy together.

 

[Kagutsuchi]

Now concentrate chakra on the spot where I touch with Stick

*takes a twig and touches your forehead*

whilst remaining in the meditational state i try to concentrate the chakra to my forehead,
after a short period of time i manage to concentrate most of the chakra at my forehead.

*continues to spot at Differnt parts example Chest , Balls , Shoulder's and balls Again*

when i feel the pressure of the stick on my chest i channel the chakra there, then when the stick touches by balls i channel the chakra there and again to my shoulders and back to my balls

well Now start walking on the water , concentrate chakra into your feet and make a layer of chakra which supports your pressure and lets you walk on water.

focus's and concentrates chakra to his feet, slowly places a foot on the surface of the water and falls straight in, "soaked" looks at his sensei with an annoyed face ?_?...

determind to succeed, pulls himself out of the water and trys again.

concentrating harder this time places a foot on the surface of the water which this time remains on the surface, i then repeat with the other foot.. i then look at my sensei with a slight smile.

takes the needles from kagutsuchi and places the needles my mouth, inhaling air through a gap in the side of my mouth moulds the air with my chakra and with a forceful breathe spits the needles at a marked tree all hitting within an inch radius of each other.
