who would win anbu kakashi or anbu itachi? okay before we start this I will set some restrictions/rules. kakashi and itachi are both around 16 this is before itachi got his MS okay guys =D

Well during their small skirmish in Part 1 it seemed like Itachi had the edge w/ his 3T and ended it with Tsukuyomi. By pure scaling, Kakashi would lose more years of experience than Itachi would due to the age difference. It's hard to know when they're kinda featless in these forms :l

Itachi awakened the Mangekyou when he was 13, just prior to the massacre when he was in the ANBU.

Because of that, presumably Itachi would win but because of his still-developing chakra capacity, we don't know his limit at that time. Even aged 17, he would be limited to using them three times a day.

In part 1, when Itachi and Kakashi faced each other, it was clear that Itachi had the edge. Kurenai and Asuma both commented on how Itachi was very strong, to which Kakashi replied :

You havent seen half of what he can do.

That half wasnt the mangekyo as when Itachi pulled it out Kakashi was shitting his pants in surprise to Itachi having it so he wasnt referring to it when he praised Itachi for not displaying everything he had.

Itachi low diff ... even at the age of 28 kakashi only had minutes of sharingan use. It was probably shit poor in his anbu days.
