yea *even though its not another hour before midnight i got work in the morning so i need my rest lol*

ok about the re-ranking, now as you can see you start as a genin and work your way up to kage *the final rank you can possibly achieve* now to rank up you need to have a few training session from a official sensei and obtain a few mission points, after you finished all that i guess you find someone that is one rank above you and fight he/she and beat her, and after you done all that i guess you sent Bianca, Rei, or Nexus a vm/pm of your training session, mission points and the battle that you fought against a higher rank person.

now if you're confuse dont hesisate *spelling* to ask

so far yes because there isnt alot to learn as a genin besides the basics and your first element

and as you rank up obviously things would get harder and your training sessions would have to be longer as well as the mission and the amount of mission points to attain
