I wouldn't recommend it though xd, but anyway using your newly skilled manipulation of mercury try forming it into a ball or sphere of some kind

-start to concentracte on the mercury in my hands try to round the mercury out in my mind then apply my thoughts to the mercury-
And just like that I have a basketball made off Mercury xd

Fair enough now I would admit that you have completed the requirement to manipulate mercury at free will but that doesn't mean you have mastered Mercury yet. You're not fully capable of manually creating Mercury like me xd. That takes time to master. You are a Mercury user now that can manipulate Mercury from a Mercury source. But you can't create your own Mercury. Okay to help gain mastery and gain experience with Mercury I want you to create your own Mercury jutsu that requires a Mercury source to be able to use. And as you begin master the manipulation part of Mercury completely, I'll inform you and teach you the final of master Mercury; creating Mercury on your own.
