um their limps are too weak for them to walk and their heartbeat is beating slowly
i think we need to concentrate on the hearts first

(and yes their tissues are very soft but we are not going to do surgery or anything on the puppies)

Essentially the temperature is the problem.

Okay now you need to make an oval shaped mass of chakra in your hand and heat it up.

You both have fire techniques yes?

Make the chakra, then do a fire release with NO jutsu.

This will heat up the chakra.

It gage the temp to your own body.

If it burns you its too hot and you can reverse it with a water release.

sure you just want the fire to released in the chakra and not let it escaped out of the chakra otherwise the pups will burn

my pup seems a little warmer but not completely

They were born a hour ago. They probably wont be walking yet but they will be rooting around looking for milk.

Are they moving? Is the breath deeper? Is the heart rate faster?

i think so but they need milk for nutrient we need to find the mother

there heart rate speed up a little form walk around look for milk (I pour some milk in a bowl for them)
