Thats me, when I use the ~ grave symbol it's just me rping a bit more. It's like talking in your mind and pumping yourself up. Thats why you see ~KATON~ since if i'm shooting fire from the mouth you can't say katon. If i knew the jutsu i can say Katon no jutsu something something something then do the jutsu. ^^ sorry for the confusion.

Its quite simple just shoot out three fireballs out in front of you at angles in which they begin to fuse together to make a bigger one

Now again you are going to shoot off another fire dragon but this time its compose of multiple flares of tiny flame to form a fire dragon

Now this next technique is quite different from others I'm going to teach you how to shoot out gas

Also applying the same concept of shooting out fire you're only to stop the fire from actually leaving your mouth but hold it in before it reaches the throat. From there the fire would be force to be put out but leaves a smoke and from there you shoot that out

Note: The gas that the flame exert are quite flammable and hot as well

Ok so same way of making it, you stop the fire before leaving your throat, and then the put out fire speads a gas out instead of fire right? Ok lets try it.

*Gathers chakra in the stomach and prepares the tiger seal and attempts to make gas but then a little fire shot out*

*try to shoot gas again and this time succeeds in making gas*

Lol let's do it one more time but this time I got another trick for you to attempt

Ok shoot out a mist of gas again whenever you released all of the gas from your mouth leave a small amount of fire (I mean a very little amount) and once all the gas has left your mouth click your teeth making that small bit of flame come out into the smoke

Note: the small amount of flame is to be little so the opponent don't know that you're setting them up and if you have a big amount you might accidentally blow yourself up

First I want you to stomp on the ground to create a tunnel underground then simply shoot enormous amount of fire into it until it gets clot with fire about and with the pressure from the starting point the end of the tunnel should erupt due to the massive pressure on the other end (which is where you are standing shooting fire)
