Yes sensei.

First you would gather chakra in your stomach, fire chakra that is, and use the necessary hand seal which is tiger in front of your mouth. You then take a deep breath and open your mouth blowing a ball of fire with your fire chakra. If you only blow you'll make a stream so you need to focus to shape the fire into a ball, or if making multiple fireballs you need to focus on shape and splitting the fire into fireballs. Doing this makes you conserve chakra, make the fire strong, and make it go a farther distance.
