No, last episode proved me right, Kakashi is Itachi's captain, he's forming him.He was never under the command of Kakashi, because Kakashi was never Anbu captain. :/ They were equals and later Itachi was his superior. Itachi joined Anbu at age 10 and was later promoted to captain at the age of 13.
